I can not speak anymore positively on the service and care from City Side Auto in Leesport. Alice and Mike were friendly and accommodating. My SUV went in for some mechanical work. Mike was able to diagnose the issues immediately. Parts were ordered and my vehicle is now running smoothly. They care about the customers, they do not over charge nor find other things to add on to the bill. They are an honest local company that is family run. If you are looking for an auto repair shop, please check them out. I have a newer Mercedes, Mike was able to diagnose and repair at a fraction of the cost the dealership wanted to charge me. Today, they gained a very loyal customer! They send you reminders as well as many updates via text, with a motto of full disclosure. They are both approachable and willing to answer any questions you might have, keeping you in the loop. They also inspected my SUV. They are a full service auto repair shop right on route 61 in Leesport.

If you're struggling to find a quality, transparent shop City Side Auto is the place to go! So glad I stopped in!! I needed a wheel alignment on my truck and got so much more! Full vehicle inspection/report with pictures and recommended maintenance at no extra cost! I've never seen or heard of that anywhere ever! Best family owned and operated shop I've been to, I could tell as soon as I stepped in the door they're super passionate about what they do, which in my experience always translates to the highest quality services! Will be my go to shop for any future repairs!
